Why isn't it working / suddenly stop working?

  • Specific voltage required (100-120V or 220-240V).
    Check power supply before use.
  • If stops during use: Turn off, cool down, then restart.

Why isn't it heating up?

  • Max temperature: 200°C/392°F. Wear black anti-scald gloves to prevent burns.
  • Results vary due to hair texture (thickness, curliness) and styling techniques (duration, angle).

Why does it smell burnt?

• Slight odor during first heating is normal (will dissipate after multiple uses).

Why did it power off as soon as I plugged it in?

• Possible internal damage from transportation pressure (causes short circuit). Check plug/appearance for damage; do not use defective products.
